Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, then add chicken broth and simmer. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest until thickened.
  4. Slice chicken, return to the skillet, add cooked gnocchi, and toss to coat with sauce.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
