Instructions
- Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, then add chicken broth and simmer. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest until thickened.
- Slice chicken, return to the skillet, add cooked gnocchi, and toss to coat with sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding spinach or peas to the sauce.
