- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool.
- Mix ricotta, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and some mozzarella in a bowl.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and assemble the roll-ups in a baking dish with marinara sauce at the bottom.
- Cover roll-ups with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, garnish with basil or parsley, and serve.

- Let the roll-ups rest before serving for better texture.
