- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for heat)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through (internal temp 160°F).
- While baking, mix mayonnaise, gochujang, and lime juice for the dip.
- Serve the meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip.
