  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for heat)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through (internal temp 160°F).
  4. While baking, mix mayonnaise, gochujang, and lime juice for the dip.
  5. Serve the meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip.
