  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For the spicy mayo dip:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While baking, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and sesame oil to make the spicy mayo dip.
