- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
For the spicy mayo dip:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and sesame oil to make the spicy mayo dip.
