- 1 pound of thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin work best)
- 1 cup of sliced bell peppers (any color)
- 1 cup of sliced onions
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of shredded provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté bell peppers and onions for 5-7 minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Push veggies to one side, add sliced beef to the other side, and cook until browned (3-5 minutes). Mix in softened cream cheese.
