- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 stalks of fresh lemongrass, finely chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine lemongrass, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a marinade.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and has grill marks, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
