- 1 grapefruit, segmented
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare the jicama by washing, peeling, and dicing it into small cubes.
- Segment the oranges and grapefruit by removing the peels and slicing between the membranes.
- Combine the jicama and citrus segments in a large mixing bowl and toss gently.
- Dress the salad with lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper, then mix again.
- Add chopped cilantro and mix to incorporate.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
