  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onion and bell pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and shrimp, cooking until shrimp turns pink (3-4 minutes).
  4. Sprinkle in jerk seasoning and mix well.
