- 4 large jalapeños, chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot, add jalapeños and onion; sauté for 5 minutes.
