- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup pepperoni slices
- ½ cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl; let sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine flour and salt, add yeast mixture and olive oil, stir, knead for 5 minutes, then let rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down dough, roll out into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, layer pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, and Italian seasoning on the dough.
- Roll tightly, seal edges, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash, bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
