Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.

  4. Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  7. Cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
