- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, spinach, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Lay out crescent roll dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a circle.
- Spoon the filling into the center of the dough.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serve warm with marinara sauce.
