Instructions
- Make choux pastry: Boil water and butter, add flour and salt, stir until a ball forms, cool, and mix in eggs.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C), pipe dough onto baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Prepare custard: Whisk milk, sugar, and cornstarch, heat until thick, stir in vanilla, and cool in fridge.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and fold into cooled custard.
- Fill cream puffs: Make holes in puffs and pipe in custard mixture until filled.
