- 1 pound of dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups of assorted leftover meats (pepperoni, ham, chicken)
- 1 cup of cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or your favorite)
- 1 cup of assorted vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread assorted meats, cheeses, and vegetables on the dough, seasoning with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the dough tightly and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool briefly before slicing and serve warm.
