- 1 pound of beef flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for frying
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Lay flank steak slices flat, fill with the mixture, roll tightly, and secure.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the rolled braciole until golden brown.
- Add marinara sauce, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 30 minutes.
- Remove braciole, slice, and serve with sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
- Kitchen twine or toothpicks can be used to secure the rolls.
- Feel free to add additional herbs for extra flavor.
