Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of hot smoked gouda cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix gouda, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Fold in bacon, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
