- 8 ounces of hot smoked gouda cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 cup of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix gouda, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Fold in bacon, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.

- Great with crackers, chips, or veggie sticks.
- Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
