- 1 pound of ground beef
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup of hot honey

- 1 cup of kale or spinach, chopped
- Optional: Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes, draining excess fat.
- Stir in hot honey until beef is fully coated.
- Add chopped kale or spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Assemble the bowl with roasted sweet potatoes, hot honey beef, and garnish with green onions.

- For less sweetness, adjust the amount of hot honey used.
