- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup hot honey (or regular honey with chili flakes)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in this mixture.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish, sprinkle feta cheese on top, and drizzle with hot honey.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from oven, let rest, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, increase the amount of hot honey or add more chili flakes.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
