Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: set up bowls for egg wash, flour mixture, and breadcrumbs.
- Coat chicken tenders first in flour, then egg wash, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet until shimmering.
- Fry chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, mix honey and hot sauce over low heat to make the glaze.
- Glaze cooked chicken tenders with the hot honey mixture.
- Serve warm with dipping sauces or on their own.
