- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onions (optional)
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine shredded chicken, hot honey, and BBQ sauce in a bowl until coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and place one tortilla in it.
- Sprinkle cheese on half the tortilla, then add the chicken mixture and optional veggies.
- Fold the tortilla and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cheese melts.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and serve cut into wedges.
