- 1 cup fresh peaches, diced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- Cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy; add eggs, honey, and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the diced peaches.
- Fill cupcake liners about two-thirds full.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Optional: Make cream cheese frosting and spread on cooled cupcakes.
