- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Gather and rinse the shrimp, then pat them dry.
- Whisk together honey, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp, stir, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, do not overcrowd the pan while cooking shrimp.
- Adjust the sweetness of the sauce by adding more or less honey.
