- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and halve Brussels sprouts.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, bacon, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using, and serve.
