Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and halve Brussels sprouts.
  3. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  4. In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, bacon, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using, and serve.
