  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 package of smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the honey garlic sauce by mixing honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the sliced sausage until browned (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Add shrimp and pour the honey garlic sauce over everything, cooking until shrimp are pink and opaque (5-7 minutes).
  5. Serve in bowls and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
