Ingredients

  • 8 oz of pasta (penne or rotini work well)
  • 1 lb of honey garlic sausage, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of bell peppers, chopped (any color)
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente; drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté honey garlic sausage until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent, then add bell peppers and cherry tomatoes, cooking until softened.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, stirring to combine, and let simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta, tossing to coat in the sauce; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

  • Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
