- 8 oz of pasta (penne or rotini work well)
- 1 lb of honey garlic sausage, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of bell peppers, chopped (any color)
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté honey garlic sausage until browned.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent, then add bell peppers and cherry tomatoes, cooking until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, stirring to combine, and let simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta, tossing to coat in the sauce; season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
