- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
- Marinate salmon fillets in the mixture for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with marinade.
- Remove from pan, drizzle with remaining marinade, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

- Adjust garlic and other ingredients to taste.
- Be careful not to overcook the salmon.
