Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Marinate salmon fillets in the mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon.
  4. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with marinade.
  5. Remove from pan, drizzle with remaining marinade, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
