- 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl; set aside a portion for basting.
- Toss salmon pieces with salt and pepper, then coat with the glaze.
- Arrange salmon bites on a lined baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
- Baste with reserved glaze halfway through baking.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
- Make sure to let the salmon cool slightly before serving.
- Can be served with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
