Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish, pour remaining marinade over it, and bake for 30 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
