Here’s what you’ll need to make these Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts:
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then rinse them under cold water.
- Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the balsamic mixture until evenly coated.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
- If desired, add Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
- For a vegan option, omit the Parmesan cheese.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of honey based on your sweetness preference.
