- 1 cup caramel candies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in vanilla.
- Whisk together flour and salt, then gradually combine with the butter mixture.
- Form dough into balls and create indentations in the center.
- Bake cookies for 10 minutes until edges are golden; cool on a wire rack.
- Melt caramel candies with milk, then mix in shredded coconut.
- Spoon coconut caramel mixture into the center of cooled cookies.
- Melt chocolate chips, dip cookie bottoms, and allow to set on a wire rack.
Notes
