Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the grilled chicken and ensure it’s warm if pre-cooked.
  2. Mix Chipotle mayo with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread mayo on one side of each bread slice, layer with chicken, cheese, and cilantro, then top with the second slice.
