Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, rice or pasta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in half of the cheddar cheese, reserving the rest for topping.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
