A delicious and quick recipe for Hoisin Beef Noodles featuring tender beef and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. rice noodles
  • 1 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Marinate flank steak with 1 tbsp hoisin, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet; sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Add bell pepper and broccoli; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Push vegetables aside in the skillet and cook marinated beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  5. Add cooked noodles and remaining hoisin sauce; toss until noodles are coated and heated through (2-3 minutes).
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute chicken or tofu for a different protein.
  • Adjust the amount of hoisin sauce to taste for sweetness.
