- 8 oz. rice noodles
- 1 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Marinate flank steak with 1 tbsp hoisin, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet; sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Add bell pepper and broccoli; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Push vegetables aside in the skillet and cook marinated beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add cooked noodles and remaining hoisin sauce; toss until noodles are coated and heated through (2-3 minutes).
- Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute chicken or tofu for a different protein.
- Adjust the amount of hoisin sauce to taste for sweetness.
