Instructions
- Gather and wash all fruits, then dice the pineapple, mango, and banana; slice the strawberries and leave blueberries whole.
- Combine all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl and gently toss.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey (or agave syrup) and lime juice.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
- Optional: Garnish with shredded coconut and chopped macadamia nuts.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
