Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in the chilled butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Fold in cheese and ham gently.
- Add milk and stir until just combined.
- Knead dough lightly, shape into a rectangle, and cut out biscuits.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Ensure the butter is very cold for flaky biscuits.
- Feel free to substitute ham with bacon or other meats.
