Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold, cubed butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in shredded cheese and diced ham.
- Gradually add milk and mix until just combined.
- Knead the dough gently, pat into a rectangle about 1-inch thick, and cut out biscuits.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
