- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup enchilada sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash zucchinis, slice in half lengthwise, and scoop out seeds.
