Instructions

- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; mix in milk and melted butter until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dumpling mixture onto the simmering broth; leave space for expansion.
- Cover and steam dumplings for 10-15 minutes without lifting the lid.
- Serve the beef and dumplings in bowls and enjoy.
