Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice

Instructions

  1. Combine garlic, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and sesame oil in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate chicken thighs in the marinade for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
