- 2 pounds of chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Fresh herbs (cilantro, mint, and basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine garlic, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and sesame oil in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Marinate chicken thighs in the marinade for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
