Instructions
- Combine balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Place flank steak in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade, discard marinade, and grill for 4-6 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Let steak rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice against the grain.
