- 2 cups cooked pasta (your choice)
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil water, add salt, and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse.
- Grill seasoned chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked. Let rest and slice.
- Chop cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, vegetables, feta, and basil; toss gently.
- Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss to coat. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
