Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water, add salt, and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse.
  2. Grill seasoned chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked. Let rest and slice.
  3. Chop cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
