- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Blend chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt in a food processor until smooth, adding water if needed.
- Scoop the hummus into a serving bowl and create a well in the center.
- Fill the well with Greek yogurt, then top with diced cucumber, chopped tomatoes, sliced olives, and garnish with parsley.

- Adjust salt and lemon juice to taste.
- Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables for dipping.
