Instructions
- Slice the Medjool dates open lengthwise and remove any pits.
- In a bowl, mix goat cheese, walnuts, honey, thyme, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
- Stuff each date with the goat cheese mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes if desired.
