This German chocolate cake is a decadent treat, soaked with sweetened condensed milk and topped with chocolate fudge, coconut, and pecans.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of German chocolate cake mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 jar (12 oz) of chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 container (8 oz) of whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, water, and oil until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
  4. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes in it.
  5. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the cake, filling the holes.
  6. Drizzle chocolate fudge sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours and top with whipped topping before serving.
