  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (like chives or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the chopped bacon in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Peel and dice the potatoes, then add them to the skillet with bacon drippings and cook until tender and lightly golden.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Return the bacon to the skillet, pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and bacon, and sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
