Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
- Add minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes; sauté for 3-5 minutes until tomatoes soften.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over chicken, cover, and cook for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
