Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook until pink, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream with half of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Spread shrimp in a baking dish, pour cream mixture over, and top with remaining Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a splash of white wine to the shrimp while sautéing.
