- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook until pink, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream with half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Spread shrimp in a baking dish, pour cream mixture over, and top with remaining Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a splash of white wine to the shrimp while sautéing.
- Serve with a side salad or crusty bread for a complete meal.
