- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar, parmesan, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces.
- Flatten dough, add meat mixture, fold, and pinch closed.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool briefly, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, consider adding your favorite spices to the meat mixture.
