Instructions

  3. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  4. Boil cubed potatoes in salted water until soft, about 15 minutes.
  5. Drain potatoes, then mash with heavy cream and butter until smooth.
  6. Serve lamb chops with mashed potatoes and garnish with chives.
