- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, mozzarella, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Flatten each chicken breast to an even thickness.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on each chicken breast and roll tightly.
- Place roll-ups in a greased baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest, then slice and serve warm.
